Our sales volumes are such we no longer have to charge or collect GST or HST.
Shipping and Handling
Please note when ordering from the studio, some pieces are not in stock but will be thrown when ordered. In that case please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the product price. If you require priority shipment, there may be extra charges and we will contact you to make arrangements. NEVER email credit card information to anyone.
Warranty and Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product we deliver to you is less than represented just contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange for you to return the item for a full refund, less shipping and handling. (Please use the original packing). All items from Out of the Fire Studio will arrive unbroken and as represented or we will replace that item upon proof of damage. Once you use the pottery there can be no guarantee against breakage. Pottery will endure for generations of use if the owner exercises reasonable care. Pottery will break if dropped onto hard surfaces. Thermal shock can cause pottery to break. Do not place a frozen pot in a hot oven. Not for stove top use. Do not place a hot pot in cold water or on a cold surface. Glazes are durable but not indestructible. Burned on food can be removed by soaking in hot soapy water and then scrubbing with a plastic scrub pad. If you believe you have received a defective piece of pottery please contact us.
Privacy and Security
No customer information including email addresses will ever be sold or disclosed to anyone else. We never retain any of your credit card information once the card is processed. Once successfully processed all credit card information is destroyed. All of that information entered online is handled by Square through their secure 128 bit encrypted servers. Only information specific to your order and shipping address is ever in our possession and is disclosed to no one else. We value your privacy. We will not add your name to any mailing list without your expressed permission nor will we contact you in any way for any reason except to verify details of your order.
